Persyaratan

The obligation laid down in ÖNORM B 2110 (General Contract Terms for Works - Contract Work Standard) means that an entrepreneur must review the execution documents, instructions, materials or inputs provided by the client. The customer must be informed in writing of any defects or expected damages. If the entrepreneur fulfills his test and warning obligation, and the client instructs the unaltered execution or does not make a decision, the entrepreneur is released from his liability and warranty in the corresponding case of damage.
